All items are handmade to order. Typical turnaround time is 3-5 weeks. Should any delays arise, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Shipping is based off of weight for your item starting at $5.50 flat.
First Class packages are estimated at 3-5 business days to arrive. USPS has extended their delivery windows as of April 17, 2019 due to COVID-19. Shipping delays may occur on any package.
Returns + Refunds
Turbans and topknots are made to order; therefore, no refunds will be given.
I will gladly remake an item if there is an error on my part.
I cannot issue refunds/replacements/returns due to postal delays, damages caused by USPS lost packages as this is completely out of my hands. USPS claims must be submitted by the addressee if these problems arise. Please double check your address when checking out - I cannot guarantee delivery if an incorrect address is provided.
